As previously announced, all customers will soon need to confirm payments through SMS or through PUSH notifications on the ePayments app.
Confirmation using payment passwords will be disabled from the 1st October 2018.
In order to ensure you can confirm payments, please check your settings to ensure your mobile number is up-to-date. Once the correct mobile number is entered, the service will start working automatically.

Payment confirmations through SMS and PUSH notification will help to keep our customers safe and secure, so please do ensure your details are correct and you’re ready to confirm payments through SMS or the app before 1st October 2018.
