Firstly, we’d like to thank all our customers, once again, for their continued patience.
We’ve taken significant steps forward with our improvement plan, and while we thoroughly understand the frustration with not having a final date for completion, we are working hard on accelerating the plan.
We also wanted to take a few moments to address a few points:
- Our priority is, and always will be, our customers
- Our customer funds are safeguarded as normal and can be retrieved once the improvement process has been completed
- To ensure our focus is completely on the above two points, we won’t comment on wild speculation or rumour, either about our company structure or inaccurate associations with other payment firms
We will be sure to share our learnings and views at some point. However, right now, we believe it’s in everyone’s interest for us to focus on executing our improvement plan and reinstating our services so customers can access their funds. Nothing else matters.
