Next update on our progress

In our last blog, we confirmed that we were on track with our plans, and that we had started to contact several groups of customers. We are pleased to confirm that we remain on track with our plans, having been able to increase the number of individual customers contacted.

Another reminder: when you are contacted, your quick response is greatly appreciated, and again please ensure that you are providing us with the correct documentation.

What are our next steps? We will carry on increasing the number of individual customers in the next groups who will be contacted. We will be starting to contact business clients from 13th October.
