Over the past years, we have made significant progress in returning client funds, with over £95 million already paid out to date. We have streamlined and strengthened the refund process to make it simpler, faster, and secure.

What has changed

  • Verification requirements have been simplified, reducing the documentation needed.
  • Payout options have been expanded, including bank transfers and bank card payouts where available.
  • Internal review procedures have been enhanced to process refund requests efficiently while maintaining full compliance and security standards.

If you still have funds in your ePayments wallet
To claim your remaining balance, please:

  1. Contact us to confirm you wish to claim your refund.
  2. Select your preferred payout method.
  3. Provide your payment details.
  4. Remain available if our team needs additional verification to comply with regulatory and security requirements.

Available payout methods include bank transfer and payout to a bank card. Please note that availability depends on your country and currency, and funds can only be transferred to an account or card registered in your name. Your refund will be processed once your confirmation and payment details are verified.
