Update on improvement plan progress
Thank you for your continued patience with us as we progress our improvement plan.
While we are making progress, we understand there will be frustration with the speed. This process involves multiple parties so rest assured we are doing everything we can to get back up and running and allow customers access to their funds.
We also want to assure everyone that despite the current global situation, we have put measures in place to keep staff working safely to continue implementing our improvement plan.
