Update on our progress so far

Just to keep you updated on what we have done so far. In our last blog post, we said we were getting ready to start to work together again, which involved updating the information we held on our customers. We are pleased to confirm that we are on track with our plans, and have already contacted several groups of customers.

Some important things to note: when you are contacted, your quick response is greatly appreciated, and please ensure that you are providing us with the correct documentation.

What are our next steps? We are planning to increase the number of individual customers in the next groups who will be contacted, and are planning to start contacting business clients in the first few weeks of October.
