Website changes

You may have noticed that we’ve made some changes on our website, including the removal of some pages. You may also find that some links redirect you to our homepage.

There is nothing to worry about! We’ve started the process of reviewing and removing content which we feel is no longer relevant or as clear as we’d like it to be.

There are no restrictions or changes to the types or availability of  information which we provide you about your personal account, and you can see this information in the same place as always, within our Members Area, once you’ve logged into your account.

On a last note, we’d thank everyone for being so patient and bearing with us whilst we make the critical changes needed to address our internal systems in order to resume business. Please keep an eye out for fraudsters or scammers purporting to act on behalf of ePayments. As soon as we can start offering customers access to their funds, we will make an announcement on our website.
